Summer block 2 will be a return to normalcy for the most part, including some new additions to the gym program. Summer Block 2 begins the week of June 15th and runs 7 weeks until the last week of July.
Goals of Each Track;
CrossFit: Improve Back Squat 1RM, Improve
GPP: Improve Lower Body Strength, Build a foundation of balance and movement, Increase cardiovascular health through conditioning in longer time domains.
Running: Prep for the August 1st Kanawha Trace 5k,10k,25k, or 50k Run
