Speciality Courses
We offer a wide range of options for every member of the gym. All full members get access to every program offered by the gym.
CrossFit Track
Offered Monday through Friday during all classes, the CrossFit track is designed to test your fitness through constantly varied movements of high skill gymnastics, Olympic weightlifting, and high cardiovascular demand. In general the CrossFit track is recommended for members who want to push the limits of their own physical ability and improve their performance at the movements of CrossFit.
General Physical Preparedness Track
Offered Monday through Friday during all classes, the GPP track is catered to the gym goer who wants to get in shape, lose weight, be able to play with their kids, or just get healthier. The GPP track tests your fitness through non-complex gymnastic skills, varied amounts of barbell lifts, low impact metabolic conditioning, and varied time domains.
Running Program
Offered on Monday's and Thursday's during all classes. The Run program is designed for members who want to improve their cardiovascular ability by training of a singular monostructural movement. The run program is designed to peak members for the Kanawha Trace Trail Run in August and the Marshall Marathon in November.
Barbell Club
Offered on Sunday's at 2:30pm and Thursday's at 6:30pm, the Barbell Club is for anyone who wants to improve their strength through varied Olympic, power, and strongman lifting. *Anyone with a Front Room Only Membership can participate in barbell club.
Beginner OnRamp
While new members can join at anytime we offer a special OnRamp class for new members to familarize them with the movements and terminology of CrossFit. Our OnRamp specific program is offered on Mondays, Tuesday's, and Thursday's at 6:30 and Saturday morning's at 10:30.
